คุณสมบัติ

  • พิมพ์กล่องกระดาษลูกฟูก (การพิมพ์ +- 0.5 mm.)
  • ทำสล็อต หรือ ทำไดคัท (เลือกอันใดอันหนึ่งเพื่อติดตั้ง)
  • ตัวฟีดกระดาษเป็นแบบลูกกลิ้ง
  • ควบคุมด้วยระบบ PLC (แผงวงจรอัตโนมัติ) แบบสัมผัสหน้าจอ
  • ลูกอะนิหล็อกเป็นแบบเซรามิก ช่วยให้การพิมพ์คมชัดมากยิ่งขึ้น
  • มีหลายรุ่นตามหน้ากว้างของเครื่อง
  • เหมาะสำหรับแผ่นกระดาษลูกฟูก
  • สามารถใช้ร่วมกับเครื่องกาวได้

คุณสมบัติเครื่องสามารถเลือกและปรับได้ตามความต้องการโดย เราจะมาทำความเข้าใจส่วนต่างๆของเครื่องก่อน ดังนี้

1. ส่วนของการฟีดกระดาษ (Feeding Unit) 

  • มีการฟีดแบบต่อเนื่อง และ ระบบลูกกลิ้งเพื่อช่วยในการฟีดกระดาษ
  • ระบบสุญญากาศและความดันสามารถปรับให้เหมาะกับกระดาษขนาดต่างๆ
  • มีระบบหัวแปรงปัดฝุ่นสุญญากาศ ช่วยลดและกำจัดฝุ่นจากผิวกระดาษเพื่อคุณภาพการพิมพ์

2. ส่วนการพิมพ์ (Printing Unit)

  • roll to roll sheet transferring
  • Registering +/-0.5mm
  • Doctor blade(double or single doctor blade)or rubber roller ink distribution for option
  • Double diaphragm pump supply ink(doctor blade structure)
  • Single diaphragmpump supply ink(rubber roller structure)
  • Automtic restoration after cleaning printing plate
  • Quick-move feeding wheel adopted

3. การสล็อต (Slotting Unit)

  • Single shaft with two slotting knives,carton height adjusted by inner gear instructure to avoid lubricate oil staining on cardboard
  • Slotting holder can move along linear guides driven by lead screw for more flexible and pecise movement.
  • Glue tab cutting knife with spring， cut 5 ply and 7 ply cardboard without adjustment, very convenient.
  • Pre-creaser and creaser minimize score cracking and promote better folding accuracy
  • Hand hold-puching dies for option.

4. หน่วยไดคัท (Die-Cutting Unit)

  • side to side oscillation of anvil drum(50mm）
  • Anvil trimming device keep surface of anvil cover flat and smooth.Anvil drum speed can be controlled to keep carton and die cutting plate indentical
  • Independent motor drives compensates speed of anvil drum at range of +/-3mm when printing of normal carton is performed
  • Can install 4 more knives for slotting（optional)

5. หน่วยเขย่าเศษ (Vibrator Unit)

  • หลังจากการไดคัท จะมีเศษต่างๆ ซึ่งหน่วยเขย่าเศษจะช่วยแยกเศษลูกฟูกออกมาจากชิ้นงานหลัก
  • เป็นส่วนที่ช่วยลดกำลังคน และ ลดเวลาในขั้นตอนการแยกเศษ

6. หน่วยสแต็คเกอร์ (Stacker Unit)

โดยส่วนที่ 1 และ 2 เป็นส่วนหลักที่มีอยู่ในเครื่องพิมพ์ แต่ส่วนที่ 3-6 จะเป็นส่วนที่ลูกค้าเลือกได้ตามความต้องการใช้งาน ทั้งนี้ ขึ้นกับรูปแบบงานประจำของโรงงานว่าเป็นแบบไหน ขนาดพื้นที่โรงงานเป็นอย่างไร ปริมาณคนที่มีและที่ต้องการเพิ่ม กำลังการผลิตเป้าหมายต่อเดือน เป็นต้น จะเห็นได้ว่าการซื้อเครื่องพิมพ์กล่องลูกฟูกมือหนึ่งในลักษณะนี้ จะได้เครื่องพิมพ์ที่ตรงกับความต้องการที่สุด ในราคาที่คุ้มค่าที่สุด
